Really good Stay at Tranquil Oasis

The hotel is beautiful with wonderful rooms. Staff members were really lovely. They were pretty good too. Breakfast each morning included great, unique options. The architecture throughout is beautiful. A bright roof deck provides nice views.

The shower gel was not refilled every day. This i found annoying.

The location was great though there are some dark streets. This is unavoidable if you want to stay inside the medina. There is a nearby drop-off point for easy access.

a serene oasis of calm

I found the staff fantastic. Jamal and mohammed assisted with every question. the food tasted great. the staff supported me by finding a parking spot for my rental car upon arrival. This was very helpful. i appreciated the beautiful riad and its professional staff who remained available to help. Chiara, the manager, was kind and caring (she helped me with a personal matter).

i noticed that the rooms are well-decorated but lack a minibar. if you want a drink in the evening, it's not available.

rooms are very comfortable and large, including modern and pretty details in relation to towels. bathrobes, slippers, nail files, and shower caps are provided in each bathroom. a modern style is evident in the bathrooms.

cool interiors helpful staff

I found the interiors very cool. the rooftop bar was gorgeous and i loved having breakfast up there. the staff were helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
